What no plan includes
- Registry verification. Nothing is checked against the Handelsregister or any public register. Every certificate states
registry_verification: false. Movokai checks that your documents agree with each other. - Reading scanned documents. Digital PDFs and Word files are read; scans and photographs fail closed and are reported as not evaluated, never guessed at.
- Legal advice. The output is a set of templates plus a reconciliation report. It is intended for review by qualified counsel, and it signs nothing on your behalf.
- A guarantee of consistency. The ruleset is a named, finite set of 13 checks. A contradiction outside those checks will not be caught, and the certificate says so.
